These Terms & Conditions govern use of Burlington County Busted Mugshots. By accessing the site, a visitor agrees to them. Anyone who does not accept these terms should not use the site. They apply to the private reference site and its features, not to the separate rules issued by Burlington County agencies, New Jersey courts, or any outside service reached through a link. A visitor remains responsible for reviewing the rules that apply to each external destination.

Burlington County Busted Mugshots is privately owned and is not affiliated with a government body, the Sheriff, a jail, or a corrections department. Neither this site nor its advertising partners provides services covered by the Fair Credit Reporting Act for credit, employment, insurance, tenant screening, or another regulated purpose. The site is not a private investigation firm or a consumer reporting agency.

Nature of This Reference Site

This is a private source map, not a government database. It stores no official detention, court, or booking records and cannot verify custody, release anyone, post bond, or submit documents to a public office.

The site directs visitors toward public paths such as the Burlington County Department of Corrections, the Prosecutor’s incident blotter, and the courts. New Jersey’s Open Public Records Act, N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq., is available through the official Government Records Council OPRA text.
